Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel in the beautiful and peaceful area of Cairngorms. The rooms had heating that couldn't be turned off despite the hot weather, but the fans provided were a lifesaver, especially for drying wet clothes. The service was good overall, although there was a small hiccup when a basic request was misunderstood in the restaurant. The location was stunning, surrounded by a beautiful forest with a river close by, and it was conveniently close to spectacular mountains. The dining experience had some room for improvement with not-so-great food quality, particularly for early risers or vegan guests. Despite some downsides, the hotel offered organic Quebec cheeses, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but there were no fresh towels or linen. The shower and bed were good, and the bathroom was nice and big. The service staff were nice and seemed to be trying their best, but some lacked training in hospitality skills. The location, in the beautiful and peaceful area of Cairngorms, was lovely, although some amenities were limited. The dining options were not included and the food quality was a bit disappointing. The facilities were basic but adequate for a short stay.
The hotel is located in a wonderful area, right beside everything, but the service is lacking. The rooms are not properly cleaned with no fresh towels or linen, and ventilation is poor. The dining options are limited and not worth the price, but the ski equipment hire is a nice touch.
The hotel is located in a beautiful forest area with a river nearby, offering a peaceful stay. The service was subpar, with poor management and a lack of responsiveness from the duty manager. The dining experience, while vegan-friendly, had limited options and was not the best value for money. However, the presence of bunk beds in the rooms delighted the kids, and the location near various attractions was a highlight.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the service was lacking. The location was great, but the dining options were limited. However, the facilities provided were satisfactory.
